The Ith-khir

Ith-khir
In the Sahih it is narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said in Makkah about its plants,

"Do not cut its plants."

Al Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said,

"Except for Al-Ith-khir, O messenger of Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala), for their (the people of Makkah) servants use it and it is also used for their houses."

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said,

"Except Al-Ith-khir."

Lemon grass is hot in the second degree and dry in the first degree. It is a light substance that opens clogs and the veins' orifices.

It also increases urine and menstruation-flow, dissolves the stones and the hard tumors in the stomach, live and kidneys, either as a drink or as a bandage.

The stems of the lemon grass will strengthen the column of the teeth and the stomach, calm nausea and constipate the stomach.
